Most of our clients aren’t. We run every conversation in plain language and show you the progress of your app every Friday during the demo calls.
Our team is located in LATAM, working US hours. You get a weekly demo call plus async updates in between, so you’re never waiting a day to hear how things are going. We communicate through Slack, Email, and Google Meet.
Yes, we regularly plug into a founder’s existing contractor or in-house hire mid-project.
Tools like Lovable and Bolt are great for a first workup. We encourage you to use them. They’ll get you a working prototype fast, and that’s genuinely useful for testing an idea before you commit real budget.
But a prototype isn’t a product. Production-ready means handling edge cases, real user load, security, data integrity, and the hundred small decisions that don’t show up until something breaks in front of a paying customer. That’s a different skill set and a different kind of build.
So think of it this way: AI tools get you a proof of concept. We get you something you can actually ship.
Yes, that’s exactly what the scope call is for. Most founders arrive with a big vision. We work through what your first users actually need and cut the rest.
We set out with a plan, but the reality is that changes do appear along the way. If you want to add or swap something mid-build, we quote that specific change and you have the final decision. Sometimes changes and swaps add time and costs, sometimes they don’t. We figure it out together and communicate with full transparency.
That’s normal, and it’s what the scoping session is for. The MVP or first version of your app is there to validate with real users, not build every functionality. Everything can be built, but not everything should be in the MVP.
We don’t hand you a number until we’ve scoped the actual work with you. The price on this page is a starting range. The real number is confirmed against the plan we create. Any change throughout the process requires your written approval.
The scoping session is a call to understand your product and create a concrete feature list. We flag anything that’s bigger than it needs to be, and leave with a plan to give you a price and timeline within 48 hours after the call.
